We had our house repainted by Ed and his team at SmartCoats five years ago. It was a major job for our old 3-story Victorian. He offered a 3-year warranty which we used to have him repaint part of the back where it was peeling prematurely. It is now peeling there again but otherwise we haven't had any issues and it still looks great.
Last summer, we had them come out and rebuild our porch with composite decking. They finished half of it before we realized the material that they received didn't match the sample that we had special ordered. They finished the porch so that we wouldn't be left with a half finished job while waiting for the new material. Then they re-did the whole job with the correct material. I was impressed by their integrity in making sure the job was done right and their courtesy in not inconveniencing us during the process. I can highly recommend them for any exterior work your customer may need.
