Edward Valoppi was building gates at my home, and said he needed $129 for hinges for the gates. I made the mistake of trusting him and giving him cash. He took my money, and I later found out that he did not even pay the person who built the hinges for me. He sold the hinges to another person and then lied to the man who made the hinges that he had never been paid for them If you want unreliable, rude, and a liar hire Mr Valoppi. Not to be trusted under any circumstance.
