    reroofing

    We had a contract for reroofing project with Tracy who is working Edwards production (Edwards builders) co.
    On 06-12-2019, We were at the 2411 8th street, Berkeley, ca.94710 to performing reroofing project.
    But we could not perform the reroofing job that Edwards production company ordered wrong size of skylights to the home depot.
    I mentioned to the Tracy several times to confirm skylights and flashing to match with existing skylights and flashing. She said that they ordered skylights and flashing same size to match with existing one.
    I noticed to the Tracy, cancel of this project and refund money to me which I already paid permit fee and labor
    She accepted and send money to me by 06-14-2019
    I did not receive money yet, no response.
    I have talked 3 women including manager for this matters.
    They are rude and no knowledge of construction, liar.
    Never. ever work with this company .
    How do they run construction business without knowledge?

    Our experience with Edward Builders has been A NIGHTMARE. Lighting they installed began failing 1 month after installation, the mortar for a wall has all cracked, and the stone facade implemented on the same wall has shown gaps and inconsistencies. One of the first things this company did was ram their equipment into our house (destroying the facing of our home). Though they returned multiple times to “repair” shoddy work they’d completed, the repairs were always temporary (the repairs always required repairs). Eventually they ceased to respond to our phone-calls, so that we are left with a giant mess of substandard landscaping and construction. Also, the contracts their representative had my elderly (and terminally ill) parents sign are a disaster in their specious nature. I cannot recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company. Please seek any other professional to work with before working with these crooks.
