Terrible. After waiting almost exactly 1 year to move in my new home, Edwards Homes changed the blinds from what was originally discussed. Builders are able to be sneaky and not tell the buyer that anything has changed not even as a courtesy to the buyer.. The owner niece Celeste lied right to my face and never once mentioned that the blinds had been changed. I never got the opportunity decide if I wanted to go forward with the changes bc they never told me until after I signed and moved in. Likely they are related to the owners of the blinds company bc they are claiming that they can only offer less than $600 which is supposedly the price they paid for the blinds. The blinds look cheap but no way a whole house with some windows being different sizes can be less that $600. They definitely took advantage of me being trusting and using the niece to give the impression of a caring family business. I will always let everyone I come in contact with that Edwards Homes is dishonest and the worst home builders in El Paso.
