My wife and I were apprehensive about having a new roof put on our home, but our old roof was leaking, sagging in some areas, and badly in need of replacement. Edwards & Sons came highly recommended from a few different family members who had a great experience with them.
Soon after we called them, the company sent someone out to look at the old roof and give us an estimate for a new one. The individual, Cole, was very friendly, patient, and willing to work with us even though we didn’t exactly make it easy. Despite that we were unsure which company we wanted to go with at first, Cole showed us nothing but patience. He was very understanding of the fact that we didn’t quite know what we were doing.
Once we decided on Edwards & Sons for our roofing project, Cole’s team was quick to get over to our home and get the job done. It only took a couple days for them to get the materials and get started, and the job was completed in a single day. This was especially great for us because a snowstorm was set to hit our area the day after they finished the job.
I was unable to move my car out of our driveway before the job was started, but Cole’s men were thoughtful enough to throw a tarp over it so it didn’t catch any dirt or dust. To me, little things like that distinguish the companies that care from the ones that are just out to make money.
Overall, I highly recommend Edwards & Sons to anyone looking to have their roof repaired or replaced. Our new roof looks great, and the price was reasonable. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using their services again if/when needed.
