had windows installed 16 of them they said it might be a 2 day install i was ok with that jan 12&13th they showed up at 8 am told them at lunch had some pizza coming they didn't stop they grab a piece and kept working four of them and the crew chief these guy got done at 2 pm they did a great job they also installed a couple of doors 6 months ago and 3 years ago french doors i've never had a bad install with edwards I plan on using the for a few more minor jobs thanks for a job well done ron britt springfield tn

they installed 2 storm doors at our house, the same day they installed them the front storm door broke, called them back , they said it would be 2 weeks untill they could have someone come out and check it out, made a appointment and they never showed. Been calling them for 2 weeks now ,left 4 messages with my phone number and no call backs, paid almost $800 for the doors and the install and we still have a broken door, and when they reattached the doorbell they reinstalled it wrong to were we no longer have a working doorbell. For the next customer i would go somewhere else, they have horrible customer service.
