Edwin and his team were amazing and they will be my go to contractor and build team.
They came in to fix a bunch of stuff that was left undone or done poorly by the prior contractor that I had to let go. For example- they fixed poorly done walls, finished a closet, refinished floors, and reframed a whole area where we built a new cabinet and shelves. They repainted the kitchen so it actually looked nice.
Of course as they were redoing what was poorly done, they found more things that needed to be redone or fixed, and Edwin always let me know about it gave me the option to fix or not and he was very diplomatic about the situation, not laying blame on anyone (though he could have). So they ended up fixing gaps in the grout, sealing tile, and installing our toilet, all things we didn’t think would need to be done.
He and his whole team had spectacular attention to detail and real pride in their work. They wanted everything to look really nice and it did!
And Edwin was great to communicate with, responsive and easy to reach.
I will definitely hire him again and give him and his team my highest recommendation.

Edwing arrived in time, provided an estimate for siding repair. He did not try to sale anything else.. So, he proceeded with the repair of the siding. His work was completed and explained before and after what was done. He also helped me to understand the differences among the different types of siding materials. I will rehire him in the future again.
