Efes General Construction

Sadi (EFES) gave our interior a makeover worthy of a home improvement show. We love our house again!

He is a honorable man, you can trust his word and his work ethic is rare in general contracting where he is concerned everyday if you’re happy. He describes each step as it progresses, his craftsmanship and knowledge is amazing and treated our house with great care.

Work performed included new Hardwood Flooring throughout the house, stair refinishing, new ceilings, recessed lighting, trim, painting, removed walls and HVAC updates. Some of the work required structural knowledge which he handled was great confidence.

His work was impeccable, no detail was to small. A wonderful experience from start to finish and somewhere along the way he became like family. He has a joyful disposition and is very professional at the sametime. The project took about 3 1/2 weeks, he showed up 8:30AM sharp each day Mon-Sunday until it was finished. No delays at all and his work was always very neat and cleaned as he worked.

We would highly recommend Sadi and EFES (initials of his grandparents btw) in all areas of home construction, no doubt you will have the same wonderful experience.

Sadi was an absolute pleasure. First he did amazing work in remodeling my kitchen and living room. This was my first ever home and not only did he make my house look fantastic, he took the time to help me understand everything he was doing. He became part of our family and I will NEVER use another contractor again. He is a Top of the line contractor and very good person

Working with Sadi was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, timely and a perfectionist who takes lot of pride in his work. I could step out of the house and he would work until end of the day. He guided us every step of the way and became a friend. I would highly recommend him for any work you are looking to do. I haven't worked with a contractor like this before and will work with him again for my next project.

Sadi was suggested to me by a friend. I was doubtful if he was going to be able to make what we asked for. I contacted couple other contractors before Sadi. They all estimated to finish what I am asking for in at least 2 months and price was up in the sky. Sadi prepared our house in 28 days!!! The work he was done was astonishing. We now have a first class house with our kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, and every single inches of our house. I highly suggest him to my friends and who ever is looking for contractor. I don't think anyone can beat the price he asked for this type of amazing piece of art.

One of the best general contractors I ever worked with! He completed a deck with a roof for us (complicated because of height clearance from 2nd floor windows). Awesome job. See pictures below.

Sadi is honest, reliable, and very hard working.
He will work with you on designing your project and will make sure you don't make decisions that you will regret later. When he sees a potential wrong decision or design choice, he will speak up and explain why. He takes great pride in his work and thinks of the project as if he's working on his own house. He thinks several years down the road and makes sure what he does will stand the test of time. Once he started, he came every day or texted us if he could not (mostly due to supply delivery delays or rain), and kept our backyard and driveway clean.
Most contractors would not care.

I would recommend Sadi to anyone looking for a great general contractor. If you want cheap and quick, go somewhere else. If you want it done right and with care, then Sadi is the guy!

Sadi finished my basement with a kitchenette, media room, full bath, etc. He also built a huge deck in my backyard.
He did such an amazing job on both that who ever sees it can't stop talking about it.

Sadi was a great contractor to work with. He was extremely trustworthy and did an impeccable job on remodeling our bathroom. He takes great pride in his work and worked many long hours by himself to make sure the job got done within our time frame. Some of our last minute details that we ordered from online didn't come in on time when they were expected and he even came back to our house to properly install mirrors and pieces of granite.

I contracted Efes to repair a leak in my bathroom and a water stain resulting from the leak onto the ceiling of the garage. Sadi repaired the work within a few hours and with a reasonable price. Sadi also connected drainage pipes with only costs for the parts.

I have experience with three different contractors but sadi is very nice. very trust worthy. You can give your house key to him. I did that and no problem at all. He will always stay at the work site by him self, will never give his work to his co- workers without keep eye on them. He even finish his job on time and clean up very nicely after his job done. If you are thinking to give him work than don't think just give him. I am sure you will be happy at the end. also read the other reviews, all are very true about him. I am happy after my basement is finish.

Sadi worked in the construction of my house under different contractor, but Sadi was pretty much overseeing most of the work and also working on various aspect. I was amazed at Sadi's work ethics and quality of work and continue to use for various improvements for the past 3 years. Sadi is trust worthy as well. I gave my house key to him to work on my basement when I was away from the country. I strongly recommend Sadi.

Sadi is the best contractor I have ever seen. He did Kitchen extension and remodeling for us. The workmanship is excellent and he is always onetime and with in budget. His price is also very reasonable.

He is a very honest person. There were situations where he recommended stores that reasonably priced material. During construction, he updated us on all the steps. he gave personal attention to everything. I remember a situation when he was doing the flooring and it was a very difficult angular corner, he spent extra time just to make sure cutting is precise and fits perfect.

He is up front on the total cost and tells exactly how much its going to cost and for what reasons. I have recommended him company to lot of my friends.

He is very passionate and takes great pride in his work.
