    Do not use this company. One of it's technicians is a really "bad apple". The office staff was friendly and accommodating, but this did not carry over to the technician dispatched. We worked out an arrangement with the office, but the technician was surly, very unprofessional. In a time-dominant situation, we called West End HVAC, who bailed us out of a tough spot. Maybe it was just the (bad) luck of the draw, but who needs the aggravation - especially regarding heat during winter? Yep, just one bad egg can ruin a whole company because that's the part you see.
