    Bathroom Remodel project

    We chose EHD because they were the most affordable option for us recommended via Build Zoom Premium.

    The project went fine, but several months after the project was completed and I sent the final payment, I discovered that EHD had not completed payment to the sub-contractors and tradespeople they hired to do the work. I know this, because the sub-contractors repeatedly asked me to follow up with EHD on their behalf, and as of the time of this review, it has been 3 months since the project was completed. While there was no "legal" responsibility for me to ensure that my sub-contractors get paid, I feel a personal responsibility to ensure that all everyone I do business with is fairly treated, and I am disappointed that the sub-contractors have not yet received the rest of their payment, because they did a phenomenal job.

    This experience turned what should have been a glowing 5-star review into a cautionary 1-star review.
