    I would recommend Ehret wholeheartedly. i've used them for 44 years, and still remember 'burt', the founder. in all that time, having renovated (or, occasionaly 'built') rental units for over 80-some sets of tenants, ehret has only 'erred' in some way twice.(both times, i admit my lack of attention contributed). and a number of times ehret improved on the job planned.

    their man Marvin now takes care of my home plumbing and miles (my only other property).
