    My brand-new construction home was finished in 2019. Over the course of the first two years there has been significant foundation movement. An engineer I’ve consulted said this type of movement is what he’s seen in house 10-15 years old. According to this engineer and the foundation company I’ve hired to add piers this could only be a result of soil not being properly compacted during the construction phase. Cracks in my walls and ceilings began appearing around a year after moving in and Kaleb Carr, after showing some initial concern over the home he built and sold me, then became unreachable or severely delayed replying. I’m now beginning the repairs to my home, a $1 million dollar investment that should have been built to last. Kaleb’s attorney has made claims that he cannot prove and I’ve been left with all the expenses. Shame on him, I bought this house in good faith and now have repair costs that at this time I’ve no idea how much will total.

    Do NOT buy from this builder. My family and I had a very bad experience with Kaleb and his team. Kaleb does not stand behind his product, lacks professionalism/communication, has an appalling attitude, and customer service is non-existent. Upon purchasing our brand new house, Kaleb did not stand behind the warranty, which EIB homes agreed to under the purchasing contract, and refused to discuss issues with the home making the entire process a nightmare. Save yourself time and effort and do NOT purchase a home from a 30 year-old-old builder who uses low quality sub-contractors to complete his work.

    Wonderful experience with EIB homes. They had exactly what we were looking for. The builder went above and beyond for my family and I to make sure we were happy with our home. I would highly recommend to anyone if you are looking for a home with high quality design, materials, and craftsmanship.

    Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with our now two year old house from this builder. We purchased brand new. Poor oversight of contractors that have caused a lot of problems that we know have to fix. Big oversight on the roof that left a big hole that let in water and ruined our drywall. And in general sloppy construction and missing pieces to the home.
