    Metal Roof Leak Repair

    I got a leak in my roof due to the failure of an old previous repair. Karl repaired it so well I know that it will not leak again. He was very professional, fairly priced, and always goes the extra mile to make sure he gets the job done right. I will be hiring him soon for another important project.

    Did a phenomenal job with helping me rebuild our deck and shed! Bids are easy and verifiable, by the hour also works for him. Honest and Kind, always working hard! His schedule is often full and he very much needs a flexible client but he will give the best quality work!
    Definitely recommend.

    Bathroom remodel

    Karl is amazing. He turned our 2nd bathroom, that was ugly, outdated, and barely functional into a showcase. From reinforcing the floor and subfloor to installation of new shower, toilet, and vanity, Karl did it all single-handedly. The workmanship is fantastic! I liked his work enough to extend his contract and replace the flooring in the adjacent utility room. More fine work. Thanks, Karl! ( please view the before/after photos to see for yourself)

    Clearing out and finishing a shed

    Kitchen Remodel project

    We asked Karl to replace our gas stove top with an electric stovetop plus install an overhead range hood that involved opening up a wall and connecting the exhaust. It was tricky and Karl made the wall look like new. It involved framing, sheetrock, cutting and replacing tiles and a repaint of our entire kitchen.
