    Replave exterior stucco

    Island Plasters just completed a complete stucco replacement on our home in Sun City. I had already talked to several contractors and found their proposals to only replace the panel in the area surrounding the two trouble spots and apply an elastomeric (waterproof) paint on the upper section of the wall inadequate. I was a home builder and knew that the problem probably originated higher up on the wall. Brandon from Island answered all my questions and told me they will only do a complete wall to ensured the wall is not comprised. We wanted to change the color but did not want to paint the remaining stucco. Brandon's solution was to do a skim coat of new stucco on the remaining stucco. The workmanship of their crews was as good or better that any of my building crews on my projects. There was some structural damage in both areas and his carpentry crew was just as skilled. I could not have asked for a better experience, they were reliable,dependable and professional. I give them an unqualified recommendation.

    Hi,
    I’m responding to your inquiry concerning Island Plasters. I give Island Plasters without reservation a 5 Star Outstanding rating. Johnny was highly recommended to us by several sources and we could not be more pleased with the entire project from start to finish. Specifically, the honesty, communication, trustworthiness, caring attitude, timeliness, professional skill and knowledge, quality of products used and quality of final project were commendable. He managed the project as if he was doing it for himself.

    The job site had limited working space and parking but his crew was always respectful of covenants and codes. A very important point is the workers are Johnny’s employees and they’ve worked for him many years. They are very skilled and do their work in a professional manner. Johnny managed and supervised the project daily so issues were resolved quickly and effectively. We were off-site for most of the project so depended on Johnny to keep us informed and involved when decision were needed. Johnny used phone calls, text messaging, pictures and emails regularly to communicate effectively; he was outstanding!

    The project was completed ahead of schedule. This was possible with the proficiency of his staff and their teamwork and workmanship. Neighbors watching the project commented how impressed they were with the site work and the finished project.

    If you have specific questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. I know this response seems too good to be true, but you won’t regret working with Island Plasters. We felt blessed that Johnny was a God send to us.

    Dear Johnny,
    We want to tell you how pleased we are with your firm and the Stucco Job you did for us last summer. Especially, we would like to put in a good word for Brandon who has interfaced with us and the team. He is very responsive, has done a great job, and we would like to thank you all.
    Earlier this month, you sent a team of your workers to make some minor repairs to the stucco on our home. As you know, your firm replaced about 90% of our exterior stucco. Since then some rust stain appeared in about six locations, and we notice a small crack on the back wall.
    We brought these items to Brandon’s attention and has stopped by to talk with us and observe these stucco – related concerns. After reviewing these items with you, a team was dispatched to our home to make the repairs. They completed the work within several hours and now everything looks great.
    We just wanted to follow up and send send this review to express again our thanks for undertaking this repair work in a timely fashion. The stucco replacement last year was a major job that was done in a efficient and prompt manner. We were very pleased. Now you have responded to this repair work and finished it in the same proficient way.
