Jim Moldenhauer was the project manager who took over for another manager who was no longer with the company. My project was a roof replacement. Unfortunately, there was some time of defect with product that was used on my roof, which kept causing staining on my fascia. Jim went above and beyond to help make this issue right/get it corrected. He was extremely professional, courteous, and always very responsive. I truly appreciate all he did on this project.

Chris was absolutely amazing as our project manager for the replacement of our roof. He contacted and came to see us before the work actually started and kept us informed of the status of any delays. We always felt we didn't need to worry about the roof progress because we knew Chris was on it.
After the work started, he showed up each date to see what was going on and dealt with any problems we may have had. On the first day I had some issues with the old roof being removed and falling on my plants after I had asked the crew to make sure the plants would not be damaged because we had just paid a landscaper to update the landscape around our house. To our surprise Chris showed up and stayed the day making sure the crew were not just getting into a hurry. After the issue with my plants there wasn't much to worry about because Chris was on it.
Once the roofer removed the roof we were assured all nails would be picked up. Although the workers made a good effort, there were many nails left. We told Chris about it and we bought a nail magnet and Christ showed up with one as well when the gutter workers were here to put our gutters back on. Between my husband and Chris our yard was virtually nail free.
I could go on and on about Chris' customer service and how he made us feel that we were number one although I'm sure he had other customers. He exemplifies "the best customer service" and I hope EIG realizes what a valued employee they have.

We chose EIG Restoration to perform our insurance claim repair to our home after we discovered a water leak in our kitchen.
From the claim inspection to the time of approval from the insurance company EIG staff was very helpful and informative,
Our Project Manager ( Ian ) walked us through the repair process and provided great customer service throughout the project while assisting with material selections and floor colors. The water damage required us to replace our kitchen cabinets and wood floors throughout our home and the EIG crew did a great job with repairs and our new kitchen and floors look amazing,
Will definitely be calling them back when we decide to remodel or have another insurance claim,

Working with these guys has been nothing but a nightmare. The initial inspection for water damage was done incorrectly, there is little to no communication about if/when anyone will be showing up to work on the project, and the guys they send are not qualified for the job. The first crew that came out to do my floors didn’t even show up the first day, and sent one man the second day to take up all my floors. 2 days after that they only had taken up my living room and told me the floors were too difficult, and needed special equipment. I complained enough that they finally sent out a different crew who got the entire house pulled up in 3 hours with no special equipment. That demolition crew and the packing crew were the only saving grace of this job, I’ll make a note that they were stellar. But now back to having my floors pulled up, they sent the original crew back to complete the job. They made another excuse saying they won’t put flooring down because they sense residual moisture on the cement, which I explained was due to the initial inspection crew not doing their job correctly. So I’m left wondering how I spent 13k to get a job done, they’re really bad and now refusing to even do it, and it’s over 2 weeks later, all my belongings are sitting in a locked pod in my yard probably getting destroyed by the Florida heat. Not to mention the countless days I’ve had to take off work and board my dogs. And now I’m sleeping on a mattress on the ground waking up covered in and coughing up cement dust from a half finished job. This is some level of Hell I didn’t know about.

Eig restoration has owed me over 16k dollars since April 2023 due to a over payment on the contract since they could not complete the work that was needed. They continue to ignore me about this issue that needs to be resolved.
