Highly recommend! EL Building & Trim (Eric Leensvaart) was referred to us and we have used his services for several projects over a period of 5 or 6 years before he (the company) moved to Washington state. He did many home fix-it repairs for us such as making new trim and baseboards, fitting and hanging doors, and repairing lots of things, anything *wood*. Building projects he did for us have included laying kitchen linoleum, and at our 1897 Victorian he reroofed a portion of it and also gutted a half bath there and totally remade it. He is not afraid to do *quirky* projects -- for example, we had a wall air-conditioner removed at the 1897 Victorian. Eric closed the hole in the wall -- the interior and the exterior were matched to the existing/original look (exterior siding) and detail (interior crown molding). Eric is highly skilled, gives attention to detail (measurements are ALWAYS exact, lines are ALWAYS level and plumb) and yet he is quick. He also has a sense of design -- what a finished project is going to look like and offers his input, if asked. I should add that he has outstanding people skills and he is of solid character and has very high ethics. We already miss him in California.
