A very frustrating experience. Enrique changes his mind a lot and sometimes does what he wants. There are too many issues to list.
If you want quick he's your guy. If you want good, look elsewhere.
Perhaps it was the language barrier.
I recommend that if you want him to do your job, you get a written contract detailing what you want. You will even have to tell what kind of electrical outlets you want, square, round, white beige, tamper resistant etc.
