El Leon Construction built our new home and was very pleasant experience to work with them. They provided us a schedule and a budget that was easy to understand and follow. Alex and the crew were all very nice and respectful, they showed up when they said they would and they finished the job ahead of schedule. The price was fair and there was only one additional cost not originally agreed to but it was due to an engineering test showing that the site needed to be demucked which we did after signing the contract. I highly recommend them!
