They have the worse service. The sales person has no PR skills. Never contacted me to give me status. I would either text her or call her. I had plans to do my entire home with them but after the experience I had with Monica, Octavio and Elizabeth, I would not recommend anyone or any entity to do business with them. All I kept hearing from them was "Sorry". Sorry they did not show up as promised to install the window, Sorry but we lost your window, I was contacted by supposedly a manger by the name of Octavio and was promised that the window would be installed at 8:00/9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14 since it was not installed on Tuesday September 8. I was contacted AGAIN to inform me that they could not find my window and that they would probably have to reorder it. The window suddenly found and the window FINALLY was installed at 1:30 p.m. I asked for the owner's name and they were very evasive until a Elizabeth came clean with his name. I urge anyone that is planning to do business with them to keep away from this company.
