Elbaz Construction took $16,000 of our money to repair damage after Hurricane Ian. They were supposed to tear out the damaged drywall in two bedrooms, a bathroom, and half our living room, then buy new drywall and all materials to finish all new drywall to codes, They finished the tear out, presented us with an additional changeout order, unapproved and unnegogiated, for$2,500, when questioned they got angry and walked off the job. Elbaz Construction refused to return our money, we offered to pay $4,500 for the demolition a bid we had from another contractor. We just want the the unearned money back.Sad they have to prey on hurricane victims, hope their is a special place in hell for people like this.

Sean Elbaz Owner/President of Elbaz Construction has left me with a disastrous bathroom renovation experience that's still incomplete five months later, despite paying over the agreed-upon cost, with subpar workmanship and my unit left in disarray with construction trash and dust from cutting tiles inside the unit.
Sean hired workers he owed money to for the bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, this led to a lack of motivation, resulting in poor work quality, irregular work hours, and no cleanup. I even had to cover the cost of construction materials from Home Depot, as Sean Elbaz didn't provide them. I had to pay for construction trash removal and cleanup.
I question the legitimacy of Sean Elbaz Construction's positive 5-star rating over the last 5 months, given that my bathroom renovation has been delayed for 5 months and the workmanship, once finally initiated, has been subpar.
I hope this review helps inform those considering Elbaz Construction for their renovation needs.
