My old heat pump unit was about worn out and needed replacing. I've been a customer with the company before they became Electric City. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Josh (the project manager) help myself and my wife pick the air unit and heater which best suited our needs. As usual there was no pressure to us on what to choose, or how long we had to make up our minds. After we made our minds up the date for replacement was made, the crew came out, and replaced the unit and completely cleaned up. The unit runs a lot better than expected. We appreciate the hard work and dedication to their work the technicians did to make this a smooth transition.
