Our home warranty company scheduled Electric Plus to come out and service our house. First appointment they didn't call or show, next day and second appointment same thing, and on the third appointment a week later samething no call or show from technictian. Talked to Brain and he tried to blame it on me saying the tech. called, but I had no missed calls or messages. How can Brain have my number and get me but the tech. can't? Dont know but we got a different company, one call contractors and they were out the next day and fixed our issue. Stay away from Electric Plus if you can.

Same as above. No call, No show. It seems they bid low for the home warranty company, and they perform the service if they can fit it around other jobs. The actual home owner is not their concern. Continuing to get home warranty jobs is priority. They know that they can bid cheap enough to get calls from 2-10 because corporations can't resist a low service figure. Its shady business at best, and seems like it should be illegal. The kicker is that they are the only electrical company 2-10 Home Warranty uses in central AL. Stay away, terrible experience
