  Fix an outlet, and 7 recessed lights

  Mike came out to look at 1 outlet, and 7 recessed lights that were out. He spent an hour here trying to see what the issue was.
  After an hour he tells us that he cannot fix the issue today that he would have to have his co-worker come out to help him get the job done. He gives us an insane estimate for when he can return with co-worker.
  Later we text him and tell him we have found someone else to get the job completed. He billed us for service $200 for an hour time. I asked why it was $200. He stated that it was a 2 hour assessment, and I then said you were only here an hour. He said he charges $115 an hour, on top of drive time so it was 2 hours.

  This was not our fault that he couldn’t get the job today when needed. After arguing back and fourth why it costs so much when he didn’t fix anything, he lowered the cost to 172.50 and said “you win”
  Drive time should be included on your taxes, not charged to your clients. Worst experience we have ever had, and feel very taken advantage of.
