Tim wasted my time on a simple electrical issue that he could've answered while we were texting about a service call. I was cordial and polite. He showed up for the service call, refused to wear a mask (I'm i'll and immune compromised), then snapped at me telling me that the issue couldn't be helped (which he was fully informed about prior to the visit). He could've told me then and not wasted my time, but instead was short tempered, snotty, and rude. Has emotional issues. Not helpful, polite or professional.
