Unfortunately, I would not. We used him because when we bought our house - they had put in our new box. So when we had shortage issues, we called them. When we made the appointment we were not told there was a fee for coming out. He checked some things, but didn't actually fix anything. When I texted him later, because I couldn't read what he put on the invoice, his text back was rude and he said it wasn't more thorough because he didn't have a table to write on. Basically it was a waste of money for us.
