I had a number of electrical issues with low voltage and breakers tripping. Jesus Ibarra was able to locate the problems and make the appropriate corrections. Jesus had to acquire a few larger breakers that were only available at electrical supply stores; but after acquiring those parts....problems solved. He is very thorough and the invoice was quite reasonable. I will definitely use Jesus again if the need arises. Sam A. (Fair Oaks Ranch)

I had some power go out and could not find the problem. We called Jesus Ibarra and he was able to come over the same day and within 5 minutes he found the problem and fixed it. We were very pleased with his work, reliability and his knowledge. We will call him if we have electrical issues. We would also recommend him to others.

Lujanos plumbing was sent out on a water leak from Choice Home Warranty. They said the leak wasn't covered and to fix it would cost $2200. My first mistake was not calling to get other quotes. They did the work but was cobstantly being rescheduled and stood up on several appointments. When Raymond finished the work he left a huge mess. Concrete scattered everywhere. I then called out another plumber to inspect the work and was told they used the wrong sauter. Had to have all the work redone. After several calls to Lujanos they never returned any calls and never wanted to work to resolve the situation.

Tech came to door asked for $45.00 Chioce Warranty fee, told him my hose with pig attachment was stuck, he said not covered, will have to schedule camera for $585, pipe under house is probably broke, repair will be $3,000 to $6,000. Only got 1 star, no stars not option.

Worst Plumbers Ever! Choice Home Warranty sent out Lujano plumbers out to fix a shower cartridge for me. The owner's brother and teenage son showed up and originally gave me a quote for $189 for the repair. While removing the shower fixture, the technician (not a certified plumber) ripped it off the valve causing a massive leak in the wall. He gave me a $1200 price to fix it then left in the middle of my conversation with choice. Left me with no water, bathroom a mess and his toolbelt in the middle of the floor. They never returned to fix the repair after multiple promises by the office management. After 24 hours, I had to call another plumbing company to fix it. Lujano's owner also refuses to acknowledge their incompetence or speak about it. Choice had to call multiple times to even get them to return my call and I still have to fix the holes in wall!

Lujano Plumbing was sent from Choice Home Warranty to unclog a stoppage. The service call fee was waived by the home warranty company. They sent out Manny, without doing anything, said I needed to pay for camera inspection $585, unclogging $270, back to back clean-out $900. It turns out the warranty company will cover $125 for snaking only. I had to pay the difference. I talked to the owner John Lujano (that's what he calls himself), he said I needed to do all that they suggested because with just snaking, it might not unclog it. He wanted $1500. I hesitated but he was very persuasive. I thought if Choice Home Warranty sent him then he should be okay to trust. I WAS SO WRONG!!
Knowing nothing about this stuff and both bathrooms having sewer water backups smelling bad, I was panicking and desperate to get it cleared.
He said we were going to have a contract sign before anything will be done but instead they ran my credit card through before doing anything. A contract was never signed agreeing to anything. I was so STUPID to give him my credit card info when he requested it. When his technician Manny (do not know if licensed) came to the house on that rainy day, did nothing, less than 20 mins leaves the house in the same condition as before. I immediately told the owner John the situation and to return my money. He agreed to refund the full amount he took. The next day changed his mind, starts yelling, gets ugly on the phone claims they did all of the above except the clean-outs which can not be true. Someone was at the house to witness everything. Then he starts texting me after I hung up on him. This is a nightmare!!
I got a professional plumber the next day which he unclogged the stoppages with just snaking. The dual clean-out was installed afterwards. Choice Home Warranty sent this guy to me.,. now a days its hard to know who you can trust.
