After being introduced to Seth Kramer and Express Remodeling by my insurance agent about 3 years ago, I have used Express remodeling for the following: Major plumbing repair including concrete jack hammering and replacement of incoming waterline in basement of residence, New roofs on 2 different residences, 3 different exterior door repairs and/or replacements on both residential and commercial properties, mainline drain clean-out on both residential and commercial properties, remodeling foyer in residence, installation of sink and quartz countertop in kitchen, electrical modifications and probably a couple of other jobs I haven't thought of. Seth has done excellent work in every case. Better yet - his prices are reasonable! He is the go-to guy for connections in other services as well - such as garage door repairs and painting contractors. In this day of procrastinating due to the worry of finding a dependable contractor - there is no need - Call Seth!

Talk about a total joke, I was recommended to use Seth by my realtor due to the fact I had several types of repairs needing to be done. From the get go I was not impressed dealing with him. Instead of hiring several different companies we CHOSE to go with him. The total job cost was over 6K and for that kind of money you'd think a person would be a little nicer and more professional. First of all he never would answer a phone call only texts which is frustrating. Second every time I talked to him via text, which were short conversations anyway, he was very short and always seemed annoyed that we were asking about when the work might be started on. The final straw was I texted him to reiterate the fact that I did not want a certain job(out of about 10 items) done which we had talked about before and he knew that we were holding off on, just wanted to make sure and to let him know I was going to clean the gutters myself to save an extra 140 bucks. The work was still over 6K though for everything else. Well he does not like the customer telling them what they want done apparently and sent a text saying "It does not work like that, you can't pick and choose what jobs you want done, I'm withdrawing from the project". This really screwed us over since we were 2 weeks away from our house closing and had to start from scratch. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN - VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
