Did on site visit and told us they'd take the job. Called day before they were to come and said they had multi-day emergency and told us to call (name). We called (name) 3 times who never returned our call. Called Monte Ray Lackey to see if they actually recommended (name) and they said he'd call us back. Neither Monte nor the person they sent us to returned our call. We had small job and if went well, were going to consider them for multi mil home remodel in town. They didn't keep word and another company got job.
