    $535,000

    We had them build our house after retiring from the military. They worked with us the entire process and were very good at keeping us informed on any changes that needed to be made. Overall we love our house and so does everyone who visits us! We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!

    I would not recommend this builder. The work is very substandard, Be prepared to pay the right contractors to finish projects that Elegant Custom Homes will not follow through on. Do not believe the one year new build warranty.. They never show for appointments so the time goes by without the projects being completed.

    Elegant Custom Homes is out of their league in the custom home construction business. The two “partners” proved to be unprofessional, uncommunicative, unresponsive, highly disorganized, mostly absent, and careless. They do not communicate or work well together, with the customer, or with their subs. They failed to meet most every schedule commitment they provided on our project and often were no-shows. They were terrible about returning messages or phone calls and tried to bully us into accepting and paying for substandard and incomplete work. I was told repeatedly their quality had only to meet “industrial standards”, not what you'd expect for an elegant custom home. If entertaining hiring them, ask to speak with two customers for whom they’ve recently completed custom homes.

    This company is amazing people. They build beautiful custom homes and alway do what they say they are going to do. Very honest and Loyal people. If you want a great builder call these guys.

    Elegant custom homes is anything but a custom home contractor. They build tract homes with cheap construction .
    Getting them to stand behind anything they do is almost impossible. They never show up at agreed upon times and when they do they, they rarely fix anything. We have major construction issues including a floor that seems to be a trampoline.
