Requested complimentary architecture estimate on single home remodel. Kevin was condensing, rude and disrespectful. Informed me what I paid for my home and what he considered my budget before walking the house and determining the scope of project. At the point where he assumed I did not have enough funds to complete any renovations I had enough and asked him to leave within 5 minutes of meeting him. I highly discourage anyone from using his services.
