My experience was excellent with this contractor. Alek was very friendly, honest and fair. Did two larger projects for me and I was very pleased. He came highly referred to me from my realtor and saw the wenatchee coupon booklet.

Element homes did a wonderful job on our house addition and will always use this company as our go to for any projects we have upcoming.

Element Homes just recently finished a 7 month house remodel for me and it looks amazing. They started the project as contractors and finished as friends. From roofing to plumbing to a major basement remodel, they did it all! If you are looking for a contractor who invests in their community and will treat you more like a friend than a client, then Element Homes is the one for you!

Builder is cheap on insulation!!!
My home that was built in 2013 did not have enough insulation to keep my plumbing from freezing in the winter. I made many attempts to contact Alek at Element Homes, so that he could remedy the problem, but he either avoided my calls or said "he'd come by and take a look", but he never did.
I have since, added extra insulation in the ceiling which helped all areas of the house except the kitchen sink where the plumbing runs through the exterior wall and continues to freeze if I don't keep extra heat on it.

I bought a house from Alex in 2016. At the time I was living in Arizona and looking for a house in the Wenatchee area. I put down money and made several trips to East Wenatchee to look at the house and the progress they were making. I wanted extras that I paid for. I was told the house would be ready the April 1, so I moved here and had my furniture shipped. The house inspector was here when my furniture arrived, the house was not finished. I lived here for 3 months without an occupancy permit. The gas stove was red flagged as the plumber had hooked it up for natural gas, not propane. I had asked for more cabinets, the last one sat in Seattle for 3 weeks and in my garage for several more weeks. There aren't enough electrical outlets in the house and garage. The cement work is of poor quality. The cement in the driveway doesn't have an even finish where it meets the asphalt, and is breaking up. I had them add the sod, a wall and irrigation. So far I have had to add 9 more sprinklers. Forget the 10 year warranty, it is as good as the paper it is written on. You can't get hold of Alex for any reason. If you buy a house from him, make sure that you have a house inspector inspect it. The fireplace that I paid extra for did not have a fan or an electric outlet to plug one in.

Work in progress on a comercial workshop building, I hired Alek to build. Foundation work almost finished, and waiting for construction to start.

We hired Alex and his team to repair our foundation and a few other items on our realtors check list and they were very fast and thorough. At first this was easily a week long job that took only a few days but the quality was good and the work was completed as agreed. Thumbs up for me.

We had our bathroom Remodeled. They did a great job.

Alek gave us a very reasonable quote for the work he did and stuck true to his pricing in the end. His quality of work and the quality and standards are excellent. Some aspects of the job Alek went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. This was our first time working with a contractor and our only real issue was learning to work the timeline, which taught us a lot about patience while living in a home under renovation. I would recommend Alek and element homes to do future work. Thank you again Alek and crew for great work.

Kitchen remodel went smooth and fast! I was always kept in the loop and the job site was kept clean trough the entirety of the project.

I had hired a builder who was slow to complete and did not have the correct permits nor did he do an good job.
I called elements for a bid and hired them. They were on the job the next day.
Elements was able to find faulty electrical and many other significant errors.
Not only that, they will have my house complete by 3 weeks.
Elements are perfectionsiht and are reliable.
I will only hire Elements w my further building needs.

I would highly recommend element homes to anyone looking for a contractor. I called multiple contractors in my town and the surrounding areas and they were the only ones to return my call. Alex came out to my building and gave me a written bid that evening. He was able to start a few days later and took about a week to do the whole thing. I’m very pleased with the quality and the prices. I have already passed his number along to my neighbor and his guys are working at that house too.

This company was wonderful and treated me with respect even though I did not know anything about the stuff. Alek walked me through the process and showed me how everything would be removed and the new products installed and I felt very at ease. They finished the job when they said they would and they did and excellent job.

Aleks was very thoughtful and during the project stopped to help my nephew move a few items to a storage unit because the moving professional I had hired never showed up. We were very happy with element homes and their crew. We purchased our new home in east wenatchee and have been very pleased. The home was finished early and to our surprise, Alek the owner even allowed us to move in earlier because our loan was held up and we would have had to store or belongings.
