Do not hire, the GC was never at our house, only to pick up checks. The work was horrible. Sloppy work, had to continuously tell sub contractor to fix everything they did! DO NOT LET THEM INSTALL FLOORS!! GC had an unlicensed worker do the install when GC was not there at any point! We asked for someone knowledgeable, but would not provide according to contract. No undercutting of door jambs, no leveling of floors prior to install. Nothing was finished from 8-5-2020 to 9-11-2020 until we let him go. Cabinets wrong, flooring wrong, tile wrong, plumbing wrong, walls wrong, paint wrong, electrical wrong, drywall wrong. Did add ons without approvals, no inspections of work throughout time of job. Job was from 8-5-20 to 8-28-20, because of all the fixes they did not do correct the first time kept delaying the job. When they needed money they slapped it together to make sure progress was made. Shameful and outrageous that he is licensed.
