This roofing contractor via Mr Jonathan Russing left roofing nails on our roofing job in Pensacola, Florida that resulted in my spending 5 days in a hospital and disabled for ten days from a nail injury to my foot. When I contacted him last year he never responded to my certified mail requesting payment. His offices do not respond to mail, calls and emails.
I intend to file a lawsuit for my personal injury losses as a result of his stonewalling my attempts to contact him.
