Nothing but glowing reviews from our family! They replaced our roof, fixed a leak, and replaced vents, etc a little more than a year ago. If you have ever suffered hail damage on your home, you have probably noticed how the roofing wolves many of whom aren’t even locally established companies come out practically begging making false promises to replace your damages. I witnessed no less than 20 such companies in my community and heard of some major issues that people had dealing with these contractors and how they cut corners leaving the owner stressed and dissatisfied with the result. I decided that waiting until many of these companies had moved on and performing my own research on top rated locally owned companies would be a much better long-term solution. In my search, I came across Elevated Roofing and Mike Witte and my search was over immediately. I have been in business management and customer service for more than 35 years and have dealt with many types of service providers and contractors. After a short visit with Mike the owner of Elevated I was confident that I was going to be in very good hands. I was never pressured he explained in full detail the products, services and warranty that would be provided and assured me his staff would be available and handle all aspects of the install from dealing with my insurance company to leaving me with a beautiful new roof. Mike along with his incredible staff and installers provide a customer service and workmanship second to none. My husband observed other roofs on our street being replaced by Elevate Roofing and was impressed with their professional workmanship in all areas. We contacted Matt, who checked our roof and gave us and estimate and talked with us about replacing our roof, and everything on it, screens, etc. He and Zac came by and talked to us about the whole process. I had a great experience with Elevated Roofing. They handled everything that needed repair on my house after significant storm damage. They acted as general contractors. They replaced my roof, repaired my fence, replaced my awning cover, repaired a leak in the house and garage, repainted my ceilings after the repairs and more. They were punctual and clean.. I highly recommend them.

We accepted the quote and they scheduled the work the following week (after it stopped raining). They came out on time, finished the work in a day and a half, and under budget. I would definitely use them again. 5 Stars!
