I hired Elevation to finish our basement after seeing all of their 5 star reviews. Everyone of them said that they were professional and that they were very "hands on" throughout the process. That was not my experience with them. I was told the process would take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete and that there shouldn't be any issues due to the simplicity on the project. It ended up taking 16 weeks for a basic basement remodel. There was little to no communication regarding trades being rescheduled or delays and this occurred often and repeatedly. I had to finish the project myself because I was told by one of the owners that "they had more important projects they were working on" and that she couldn't tell me when I could expect my project to be finished. I wouldn't recommend using their service.
