I have had a bad experience with Elevator Boutique. I ordered an expensive elevator for a project. They required almost the full payment upon delivery. They dropped off the elevator and began installation almost one year ago and disappeared. I’ve spoken to several people over the past several months. They have given me the runaround. The tech said “I don’t know why I’ve been sent to other jobs, I have been asking when I could go back, but there has been a change in management “. I don’t know if it will ever get installed. Now I’ve got no choice but to hire an attorney. I’d stay clear. I wish there was some reviews warning me.
