    BAD, BAD, REALLY BAD

    It took this company tech 4-5 tries to fix a small leak in an air conditioning system (that Elite installed). The tech sent was not licensed and did not understand how to install the part needed to do the proper repair. He had to ask me where the three wires went and I was unable to help (not my field).
    Though I do not blame the Tech, I do blame the owner for sending an unlicensed, unqualified, unsupervised worker to complete a SERIOUS electrical AC repair.
