Elite Building

Absolutely, horrible! Apparently Elite allowed Kevin Reynolds to work off his contractor license. Mr. Reynolds never came back to fix things, although I bought the house with a warranty. Someone did come over and fix a couple of things and I was told not to call Elite anymore, It was not his problem. Well you’re name is on everything Mr. Elite . It’s been 4 years. My windows won’t stay up, the screens are crap , the screws are coming out of the doors because they are too small. The air conditioning unit is missing parts because they were never paid so they didn’t come back to finish installing them! I’m so disgusted

I bought an older home and had it completely remodeled by Elite Building. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. My home is beautifully updated and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would definitely refer them to friends and use Elite Building again.

The last two reviews are hard to believe. I’ve never heard a bad thing about them. They have built 15 or more homes for me in the last 10 years I’ve always been more than satisfied. Keep up the good work Elite.

I would give zero stars if I could! Besides very poor quality on a new construction, that they rushed through, they are not honoring the warranty to fix the "mess" they made! I've contacted construction supervisor who helped at first, with two of the several issues, but never got back to me on remaining and new issues! I paid more than full price and expected they would fix the flaws! Since I could not wait much longer to settle in, there are some areas that will now never be fixed, and some areas they said "couldn't be" fixed. The appliances were purchased at a small local store and they are NO help whatsoever either! I told construction supervisor I would be putting in a formal complaint and still no response! Horrible customer service, horrible workmanship!

Terrible experience on a new home purchased from them. Craftsmanship very poor. Didn’t protect concrete properly when pouring in rain. Finished product looks terrible. Trim carpenters are not very good. Miter joints terrible full of caulk due to such bad cuts. Design kitchen cabinets so doors open into microwave and lazy Susan opens in dishwasher. Have several pictures to show of the quality of construction you get.

Elite Building built a house for my family in Orange Blossom Hills. As a retiree, The Villages seemed to be the Disney for my age group. After visiting the villages sales office and learning about all the restrictions and fees and limitations, it began to lack luster. I began researching surrounding areas and found Elite. After meeting with the owner I knew that I was in good hands. Building a new home is a huge event and stress. Elite and crew went above and beyond to eliminate the stress and built a home beyond our expectations. The quality is outstanding, and the price for a home we were able to customize was under our buget. Just wanted to say that our relationship with this company started out as business, but they ended up as family. A truly refreshing relationship to have with a builder. You don't find that ever.
Elite is very professional and understands the concerns of the homeowner. We felt like we were a priorty, and our concerns and questions were always put first. I would recommend Elite for any project!

They tore down my entire bathroom, walls and ceiling down to the studs. Repaired wood rotted studs. New drywall ...walls and ceiling. Converted my bathtub to a walk-in shower. Installed toilet, and sink, light fixtures, taking care of all plumbing and electrical. Tile work is beautiful. Re-insulated above the ceiling. Frameless glass shower door. I love my new bathroom, and definitely will call upon Elite Building again and again.
