    My experience with Elite Clean & Restoration was AWFUL. The technicians showed up three hours early to my rental property without calling me. Upon completion of the work, they demanded payment from the tenant, who had no idea what was going on. Upon my inspection of the work, I found it was not done according to what I requested. The person who took my order, changed the information on the work order and stated it was completed on the day we met to discuss what I wanted, which was false as we met on a Wednesday and work was done on a Friday. I never received an invoice prior to demand for payment, all I ever got was a copy of the work order. I paid for the poor insulation job, but I am not happy with the work. Lies, lies, and more lies. Threats, threats, and more threats. I do not recommend this company for anything. Bad news, read the reviews on yelp. Bad ratings and bad service.

    Elite Clean & Restoration Inc. did a great job. My only complaint is that one of the employees told me the service included them coming back to clean my air ducs at 6 months. I called about 9 months later to ask for them to come out and they were supposed to call me back to confirm but still hasn't call me to discuss the cleaning.
