Worst customer service experience. The work was performed but finish product was poor. My driveway and walkway started cracking and falling apart after 5 or 6 months. I contacted the owner Eduardo Esponda immediately and he kept promising he was going to come and look at our property. We sent text messages or phoned Mr. Esponda and Elite Concrete and Paving LLC between 50 to a 100 times. Before getting the work on contract Mr. Esponda was very responsive to our calls, after he received final payment, he has been a ghost. He had us mark where we had deficiencies and he never showed up to look at the issues. We have a 5 year warranty on our driveway and walkway and we can't get Elite to come out and correct our problems. We spent a lot of money to have Mr. Esponda and Elite to complete our driveway and walkway. I am very disappointed in Mr. Esponda and Elite Concrete and Paving LLC professionalism. I definitely would not recommend them to any future clients.

Horrible experience. Took our deposit of almost $10k over 8 months ago. They still haven't done anything or started the work. They do not answer our calls. Neither have they done the work nor have they returned our money. Horrible customer service. Avoid this company.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Elite Concrete & Paving has worked on 13 permitted projects.
They built a patio cover for us and completed it November 21, 2018. The first rain came December 6th and the roof above our original roof was leaking plus about 5 other leaks. After many attempts to reach them, they finally sent someone out who spent 45 minutes on the roof. Next rain, the roof is still leaking. We can no longer get a response. We paid $16,489 and can not even enjoy our porch. I am very saddened by this company.
