    Elite Construction was spectacular!--creative, organized, skilled, hard working, communicative and committed to our satisfaction. We engaged the company to build a 600sf basement in-law apartment. They took our drawing and turned it into beautiful and functional space.

    From the very beginning, the crew was a delight. Steve, Steve and Geoff were enthusiastic about the project and eager to build an apartment that we would be proud of. They offered valuable suggestions to enhance the projects outcome and bring greater value to the project. For example, we initially chose three different door styles--barn doors, louvered doors and "regular" exterior doors. Steve suggested we streamline the door styles to create a more cohesive interior look. The finished product looks awesome.

    As two women supervisintoo.construction project, we appreciated the crews respectfulness toward us and their willingness to acknowledge our construction savvy. We started the project with a clear vision of it's outcome. We knew we wanted to work with a company that would listen to us and bring our vision alive. We also knew we were "picky" clients with an eye for quality and value. Elite Construction consistently met, or exceeded, our expectations

    Elite Construction's craftsmanship was top-notch and their quote was comprehensive. They did work above-and-beyond what was in the contract to enhance the quality and look of our apartment. There was alway an owner on site and they worked effeciently and diligently from start to finish--not running from one project to anothother.

    In sum, we would hire these guys again in a second! We were more than satisfied and you will be too.

    Considered for Basement Design

    Very impressed with the experience and knowledge and while the bid was way over our budget currently I would definitely consider them again in the future if we plan to do any home renovations.

    a new and enlarged deck

    I worked with Elite Construction about 18 months ago and explained my vision to increase the size of my back deck. Steve was quick to understand that vision and advised me on the best placement and the reasons why. Once we agreed and the permit obtained, the supplies came in quickly and the work was started. I was amazed at how quickly the old deck was removed and not a scrap of old material left behind. Clean up was fast and the construction on the new deck immediate. Steve and Geoff worked hard full days and the project came in right on the expected time table. It came out even better that I had envisioned and we could not be happier with the result! Spring is around the corner and we are looking forward to fully enjoying some outdoor time again!
