I worked for Elite in Phoenix. They had me teach their "Lead Installer" (Brian) because he didn't have the experience in this field. Then when I quit, Brandon NEVER sent me my W2 at the end of the year, although he took 20% of my pay each week for taxes. Horrible business practices.
