Joe cut corners and did a horrible job on my renovation when the hurricane hit my house a few years back in Baton Rouge. His mistakes and hiring shady sub contractors led to my house burning down. To this day he owes me several thousand dollars and has ignored my requests for a refund ever since that tragic day.
