    If only I could give zero stars, I would. Bob is a friendly guy who is perfect - until he finishes your house. Then he disappears.
    1. Before we moved in, a worker made a huge red scratch on our kitchen floor. After showing this to Bob and reminding him several times, he did nothing.
    2. Our septic tank backed up TWICE. The workers said a piece was put in wrong. When I sent pictures of the mess, told him what they said, and told him I wanted it fixed. He told my husband if I contacted him again he’d sue me.
    3. A water pipe just broke in our house. When they pulled the wall out, water gushed everywhere. Why? Because no one insulated the pipe next to the exterior wall.

    Bob pretends that he’s giving you a great deal. “Oh, I’m just not going to charge you for that little thing. Then he skimps on the important stuff and gets angry to the point of threatening to sue. He’s HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!!!!

    DO NOT go with Elite. Bob is just as sweet and kind as can be - until the house is done. Then he never wants to deal with you again. We have a backed up sewer TWICE. The workers (not his) said there was something wrong with how the septic tank was put in. He said it wasn’t his fault and threatened to sue me. Shockingly, when it was fixed, we haven’t had any problems. Now, I had a pipe break and destroy the basement. The man who looked at it (and had to tear out the wall and carpet) said that the pipe (which was next to the exterior wall) broke because there was no installation. Im addition, his workers scratched a red mark on our hardwood floor in the kitchen moving appliances. After a dozen requests, he never fixed it. I only wish I could have given zero stars.
