  Brian continually gave us excuses for not showing up. We waited for over 6 weeks of hearing comments like tomorrow morning, next Monday, truck broke down, in the hospital. Finally said he'd have a friend do our job but friend didn't contact us for almost a week. He owes us a large amount of money and won't return calls. Definitely not a reliable person.

  After Brian moved into our Ridgemoor rental he painted a number of the rooms. I didn't have a chance to closely inspect the paint job after he moved out as we live out of state but didn't see any concerning errors in quality. He did, however, owe quite a bit after given 30 days notice to vacate after continually being 30 days late and making promises to pay, but never delivering even after trying to admonish me for questioning his word which attests to the true nature of his character when compared with the other comments here. The most recent ones on here must be close friends trying to cover his rear because they all fall on pretty much the same day and large painting jobs don't happen that way. His business practices and personal merit are in question.

  Terrible Company, jerk owner

  He is an absolute jerk, hard to get ahold of, over charges for the quality of work he does and he is very messy. Terrible customer service.

  Re paint houses

  This is the second paint job my wife and I had Brian do from elite drywall & painting ,he met and exceeded all of our expectations . His guys are very professional and clean ! We would hire Elite any day !

  High-end quality painting! We were extremely happy with the work Brian's team did on our new home. Brian and his lead painter had great customer service and understood every detail mattered to us. We would hire him back in a heart beat!

  Terrible painting company

  Terrible!!!! Never use him, unless you want to be over charged and have terrible results. Paint drips all over my carpet, bubbled paint on walls, rough wall repair...the list could go on forever!!
  He is a jerk and only wants your money!! Never work with the owner, Brian Shoup!!!

  Hard to get ahold of, drip marks everywhere, paint splatters all over my furniture and several drips on my carpet. Very unhappy with the finished look. Never fixed the drip marks on my carpet.

  Nothing but problems with Brian Shoup owner of Elite Drywall and Painting. he promises stuff that he never delivers. The quality of work is on the scale of a teenager. Drip marks, paint brush marks, etc. Don't use him if you want quality.
