Our 20 plus year experience in the Remodeling and Building industry and customer service will exceed you expectation. From the start we will walk you through the Design and product selection process to ensure you get the correct products for your project.

The owner of Elite Home Renovations, has extensive experience in: Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Deck Design/Build, Framing, Roofing, Siding, Design, Basements, Media Rooms, Home Audio and much more.

Our owner of the company holds 2 additional national certifications which include ICC Residential Building Inspection and ICC Residential Electrical Inspector.

All of our employees and Sub-Contractors are given a background and drug test every 6-12 months. We only work with highly qualified individuals.

We will design our customers projects to meet every type of budget and lifestyles, we will walk you through the complete process from picking out finishes up to the completion.

Please give us a call to schedule a Free-In-Home Estimate. When you call the customers will talk directly to the owner of the company, this is to ensure we answer any questions you may have about your project. You will never deal with NO sales people. Also, the owner of the company, will be present on every project to ensure a on-time completion and to answer any questions through the process.

Once we sign a agreement we will start the design process. You will meet with Myself and our appropriate project designer to select your choices for your project.
All of our work comes with a full written warranty that will start at completion of you project.

    Elite home renovations did a small addition on my house. Steve was amazing through the whole process. He was so patient with me and all of the issues that arose during the process. I would and have refer him everyone.

    Room Addition project

    Steve from Elite Home Renovations & Development was short tempered and a bully. The overall work by his subcontractors was satisfactory, except for Countertop fabricator and Electrical wiring; My sink was not placed according to manufacturers specifications making it not usable ( need to redo this work) and I was told by steve that "I have no say in how the wire is pulled as long as it meets the code" never was allowed to participate in any inspection. Whenever a quality of project was objected, he threatened to leave the project ( 4 times). We are in the process of redoing the whole sink and wiring, because steve keeps threatening us.. Did not finish the punch list and his subcontractors keep showing up at home because they were not paid.. Steve seems to say something and then does something else and then lies

    From day 1 of the project, from the estimate to the completed work, Steve was on time and completely up front w/ me on all phases of the project. He met my schedule for all dates that he said he would, He communicated w/ me and my wife very well on all issues and segments of the project so we knew what was going on when it was happening. Excellent work is all i can say. Thanks Steve, I will call you for my next project!!
