    This is a complete fraud. They also operated under Elite Home Services and literally stole from several customers under the guise of down payment for work to be performed. Now their license has been revoked and they are absconding. Allen Vasquez, the CEO should be behind bars for stealing peoples hard earned money.

    Fraudulent, Deceptive, Dishonest Practices

    MN Department of Labor & Industry notified that Elite Home Services of MN, Inc. (Elite) has ceased operations as of October 2015 and learned that Elite will not be able to complete work on its existing contract or refund any money to its customers. As a result, DLI has revoked Elite's residential building contractor license and ordered it to cease and desist from acting as a building contractor in Minnesota.

    Commissioner of Labor and Industry alleged that Allen Vasquez, Elite's owner, was engaged in numerous instances of fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest practices. Therefore, the order has been issued in the public interest to revoke Elite's license # BC57248.

    Fraudulent Business Practices

    Do not do business with Elite Homes Services. We were defrauded of over $24K in insurance money for work that was never begun and they ceased operations 4 days after our check was cashed on 9/28/15. If you have been a victim or if you are being solicited by Elite please contact the MN Dept. of Labor's investigator. Allen Vasquez is the owner and Tony Trettel is his sales/project coordinator.
