Terrible. Last year they replaced a few burned out wires and a starter and charged over $500. I spoke with a guy who has his own construction company. Be used to work for an HVAC company. He told me that these parts were less than $75. And then to top it off this guy worked on the unit for only 1 hour. He also told me that the price included general maintenance two times in the year for AC and Heater. I foolishly believed him. This year the lady who works as dispatch wouldn't honor the deal. They're rip-offs and worse than the automotive industry. It's shameful. For once I'd like to brag about an HVAC company. But the love of money means more to them than the relationship. I hope the elderly have better experiences.

Beware of this company! Rebates are being used to reduce the price and when you check on the status they always have an excuse why rebates have not been received. Numerous calls and emails have not resulted to any rebates. Gordon yells and make idle threats when you call to resolve the issue. The HVAC was installed 0n 10-09-15 and It has been more than a year and a half and I still have not received any rebates which were part of the proposal we signed. Payment in full was paid long ago and no rebates have been received. The company is an AC Quality Installer which means that all rebates have to be submitted by the installer to get the rebate. Something fishy about this company not getting the rebates. What did they do wrong and did they install a non-qualified unit? When I suggested that I was going to leave negative reviews, Gordon responded "we still have services on your unit and it is possible that if you called and need emergency services, there could be a delay". A poor experience with a company that advertises quality service. I would never deal with them again and believe this deal was on the shady side. It appears that legal action will be required.

- Building permit records show that Elite HVAC has worked on 177 permitted projects.
Benny promised a free yearly maintenance and then it never panned out. His worker said my compressor was not good and I almost lost it because they are ripping us off all over the place. Then Benny said he would get us a rebuilt one for free and then later said we don’t need it. We got charged $3300 the first day out for Freon and a few items on our air conditioning. Which included a motor to be installed the next day along with a txt. The next day a guy comes out breaks my bird feeder on accident? He goes to install the txv and says why did Benny not check our attic were he found a flood of water and said your air is leaking and Benny should have found that. So they try to sell me a evaporator coil and another txv for $4998 which includes $189 per hour and the worker Fernando stays from 8:30 am to 6pm. The air is working now but I question why are they ripping me off with no break down and I know their warranty is a bunch of lies cause that’s what I am being feed for 2 days. Benny reminds me of Mr Haney on Green acres. I was charged triple of what this job was worth overcharged on all parts.
