Just had the same experience as another reviewer - started with a clipper ad coupon for $39. Had them come out to do an estimate when the woman on the phone could not even give us a ballpark price. The guys showed up (Lenny - supposedly the owner of the company, and one assistant, John). They walked around the house and counted the vents and gave us original estimate of $165. So, we told them to go ahead with the service. Once they started it just went up from there. The mains had a lot of mold - which they did show me. They charge $26 for every hole they cut into the duct work - which involved using a utility knife to cut a square and then taping it back together when they were done. I felt like they did a genuine job with the cleaning but they never showed me a running total on the invoice so before I knew it - we were at $1000. Then they wanted another $1100 for sanitizing, sealing and mold protection. When o told them no way they suddenly added these services on for free. There's a lot of contradictory opinions on the internet about whether or not to get your ducts cleaned. I am anxious to see if it truly helps with allergies. Bottom line - don't use this company to get it done. There is a professional association representing this trade - I would look for a certified contractor next time.

I am trying to find out where Elite Indoor Air Care is located. They advertised in Clipper Magazine and said they were based in New Jersey. I live in Montgomery County, Royersford, pa. They came to my home and cleaned the ducts, heater and AC coil and first quoted a general price. Kept adding on a price for this vent and another, for a return vent, etc. Charged me over a $1,000. He spoke with an accent and it was hard to understand everything he said and talked in circles and confused everything about pricing. I never expected it to total to over a $1,000. He was a slick con artist. I think his name was Ledi. Their receipt doesn't have an address on it and the phone number is questionable as it's crossed out and he wrote another one to reach him and not the company. He took the original coupon with the original phone number on it. Have you had any complaints about this company or have any information on them.
