  Install doors

  $8,000

  Horrible. Avoid at all costs. They make appointments and never keep them. They are rude and unprofessional. They were the contractor Home Depot picked to install the $5k + worth of doors I bought. In six months they installed one door. It did not latch and the outside moulding they installed they cracked and the joints did'nt match up. Wish I could post the pictures and video. I had to lean all me weight into the door to even start to get the bolt to lock.
  Contacted another installer. Was out in less than a week. All the doors were installed and he fixed the one Elite installed incorrectly. In one day and he came from Indiana.

  So after six months of dealing with these people not installing doors and being rude about appointments I asked Home Depot for a refund, Frank (if that is his real name, who portrayed himself as a Home Depot employee but actually works for Elite) does everything he can to stall and block the refund. Has the nerve to tell me his employees still deserve the money for the door they installed that had to be reinstalled.
  The company is absolute garbage.

  A guy from Elite Install Svc Came out. Measured our doors. Didn’t bother to tell us they were not going “to bid” for the work with Home Depot (as they are a subcontractor of Home Depot). Meaning my family and I drove 30 minutes one way to home depot only to have them tell us the measurements the man took were not in their system. The guy told me he would send us measurements. Never did. We wasted our time following up a dead lead to have doors installed. Why come to our house and lie to us? There are people on the other side of jobs you cherry pick. You should have had the decency to tell us it wasn’t a good fit. Lori over there was rude on the phone. Mike was a gentleman in person but a no show after he left. Nice work guys!
